Are you a Master Guide looking to make a difference in your community? This framework outlines the steps for establishing and activating local chapters of MASTER GUIDES ONLINE – The Master Guide Club and International Missionary Society of Global Frontiers Institute (GFI) and The Seventh-day Adventist Church. Join us in expanding our reach and impact!

This framework combines online formation with on-site activation to maximize reach and impact.

I. Phase 1: Online Formation and Recruitment

  1. Assess Community Needs: Conduct online surveys and research to identify the specific needs of your community.
  2. Recruit Members Online:
    • Use social media to reach potential members.
    • Share engaging content about the benefits of joining.
    • Partner with local organizations to promote the program.
  3. Screen Applicants Online: Implement an online application process and conduct virtual interviews.
  4. Provide Virtual Training:
    • Offer online training modules on leadership, outreach, and spiritual guidance.
    • Organize virtual meetings for knowledge sharing.
    • Assign mentors to new members.

II. Phase 2: On-Site Activation and Engagement

  1. Establish a Local Leadership Team: Appoint experienced Master Guides and volunteers to lead on-site activities.
