V. Nature:
Personal, Private, and Voluntary Internet Communication Research and Development Project (ICRDP) focused on generating interest in FOLLOW JESUS Bible Study, prayer and care group meetings leading to baptism and complete surrender to God’s will to be a member of the Homes for Jesus community of Seventh-day Adventists and an agent in growing fruitful disciples to the glory of God.

X. Organizational Structure (Proposed):
This structure is designed to be flexible and adaptable, given the voluntary and research-oriented nature of the project.

B. Project Teams:
- TAPACAN Team: Focuses on the implementation and development of PROJECT TAPACAN.
- APIHEP Team: Manages and expands APIHEP ONLINE.
- BZP101 Team: Oversees the BZP101 project.
- Evangelism Team (SPARKLE ATOMS): Coordinates evangelistic activities under the SHARE JESUS TOGETHER AS ONE program.
- Communications/ICRDP Team: Manages online presence, research, and communication strategies.
C. Volunteer Pool:
- Members from the local church, GFI institutions, and other interested individuals.
- Members of Master Guides Online International Missionary Society.
- CLUB EZEKIEL – Adventist Men Ministry Group
- TEAM SARAH – Women Ministry Group

XI. Key Functions:
- Education: Providing Christian education and training through SLA Online and ECS300.
- Community Development: Implementing projects like TAPACAN to improve the quality of life in Sitio Pacil.
- Evangelism: Conducting outreach programs and sharing the Gospel through SPARKLE ATOMS.
- Research & Development: Exploring innovative ways to use internet communication for mission and community development.
- Networking: Building partnerships with other organizations and institutions.
XII. Communication & Reporting:
- Regular online meetings of the Steering Committee.
- Project teams to provide updates to the Steering Committee.
- Annual report summarizing activities, achievements, and challenges.
XIII. Sustainability:
- Explore opportunities for funding through grants and donations.
- Develop income-generating projects to support H4J PAWA activities.
- Foster strong relationships with local businesses and community leaders.

ACT NOW 2025 Initiative: Integrate the annual signature campaign to gather commitments for:
- Sponsorship and patronage of the distribution of Health & Home – The National Journal of Better Living.
- Establishment of Health & Home Centers of Influence, reading stations, and community libraries.
- Online formation and onsite activation of volunteer training groups and support organizations for Project TAPACAN, APIHEP ONLINE, and BZP101.
- Activation of volunteer training groups and local action units of YESCORPS.NET – The Youth Empowerment School and Training Corps of POAGFI ONLINE in every Barangay nationwide.
XIV. Evaluation:
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of projects and programs.
- Seek feedback from community members and stakeholders.
- Make adjustments as needed to ensure that H4J PAWA is meeting its goals.
XV. Technology Infrastructure:
- Utilize online platforms for communication, collaboration, and project management.
- Develop a website and social media presence to promote H4J PAWA activities.
- Ensure access to reliable internet connectivity for all team members.
This framework provides a starting point for organizing H4J PAWA. It should be reviewed and adapted as the project evolves. The key is to maintain a focus on the mission of sharing Jesus and serving the community.
